Online advance bookings: pickup from 7:00 AM IST on the first selected date; return by 9:00 PM IST on the final date. Both dates count as rental days.
Models and permitted routes are listed here. Physical vehicle allocation is confirmed by GHUMO staff until our live fleet system is connected.
The security deposit is refundable according to the separate Security Deposit Policy. It is paid at the showroom, not online.
Bring your original valid driving licence and identity document when collecting your vehicle.
Online payments will be enabled only after merchant and security testing. Contact GHUMO for manual booking assistance.
Have unused advance credit from a cancelled GHUMO booking? Contact GHUMO before a new payment to arrange verified credit redemption or an authorised transfer.
